Indian Spirit, phase 1 complete!

Post by Phoenix7078 » Tue Jan 23, 2018 8:36 pm

So I've had most of the cosmetic work done. Had to have the original seat recovered in brown leather, white stitching, as I couldn't find anyone to make me a bracket for the tractor seat, but that'll wait. Had the fuel injector system rebuilt and the front and rear brakes upgraded, new light (not strictly legal) with a lot of help from Dead Head Dave Philips (the man is a legend) and many other KVDO members, so thank you all, it's been a group effort. Next phase is to change the bars for an original beach bar (which I already have), and replace all the cabling with stainless steel.

It needed better breaks. Upgraded callipers, top of the range break pads and reconditioned disc for the back and got rid of the solid disc at the front as It's inefficient. Thanks again to Dead Head Dave. That man is a bloody life saver.

If the solid disc is any good, I might be interested in buying it off you?
